EigenLayer employs Renzo as a Strategy Manager and Liquid Restaking Token (LRT) specialist.
It is the interface to the EigenLayer ecosystem, which secures Actively Validated Services (AVSs) and provides a higher yield than ETH staking.
The protocol effectively abstracts all complexity from the end-user and facilitates seamless collaboration between them and EigenLayer node administrators.
Built on EigenLayer, Renzo is a liquid derivative platform. It has recently raised $3.2 million from investors such as Maven 11 Capital and OKX Ventures, and is backed by Binance Labs.
In Season 1, Renzo distributed 7% of the total supply to users who had staked and earned a minimum of 360 points.
This event has since concluded. Season 2 of the airdrop has commenced, and 5% of the REZ supply has been designated for the airdrop.
